Lighting Recommendation

Please kindly submit your request with dimensions. Our expert will provide you with a detailed lighting layout and spacing plan.

Calculate the total power based on the voltage and current parameters. Then according to the total power ratio to the power of a single lamp to get the maximum number of lights used.More details

Light calculation depends on your space dimensions, desired lux levels, and fixture specifications. Contact our lighting experts for a free consultation and detailed layout plan.

Beam angle selection depends on mounting height and coverage area. Narrow beams (60°) for high mounting, wide beams (120°) for lower heights or broader coverage.

Please share your space’s length, width, and ceiling height, and we’ll send a customized layout with the recommended number and wattage of lights.

Yes. Hero light comes Do Hero Lights work with 240/277V?a 5-foot power cord and a standard plug, but you can cut off the plug and hardwire the lights if needed.
⚠️ Note: This does not affect the warranty, but it will void the 30-day return policy.

Yes. Hero Series lights support a wide voltage range of120V–277V, so they are fully compatible with 120V, 208V, 220V, 240V, and 277V systems.

Amp draw depends on the input voltage. Use this formula:
Amps = Watts / VoltsExample: A 150W light at 120V draws1.25A.
Always consult an electrician to ensure your circuit can handle the total load.

The main differences are:

Dimmability: Hero Series is dimmable; Saturn Series is not.

Color Temperature: Saturn is available in 5000K and 6000K, while hero now is color tunable.

Input Voltage: Hero works with 120-277V; Saturn is 120V only.

Warranty: Hero has a 5-year warranty; Saturn has a 3-year warranty.

Reflectors: Saturn Series has models with non-detachable reflectors; Hero offers detachable reflectors as an accessory.

Hexagon Garage Lights

Yes. The lights come with a standard US plug, but you can cut off the plug and hardwire them directly.

⚠️ Note: Hardwiring does not affect the product warranty, but it will void the 30-day return policy.

We offer both dimmable and non-dimmable versions.
The dimmable version uses step-dimming: simply turn the power off and on within 3 seconds to cycle through brightness levels. No separate dimmer switch is needed.

Yes. Individual replacement tubes and connectors are available for purchase. You don’t need to replace the entire system.

For Gen 2 you can connect up to 62tubes, max power 440W, while Gen 3 GRB kit is designed as a self-contained unit and should not be electrically connected to another kit.

Yes! We now offer RGB Hexagon Lights that can be controlled via a mobile app or remote. They can display multiple colors, including white, and can sync to music.

Lighting Layout Plan

Simply provide your building dimensions (length, width, ceiling height) and intended use. Our experts use specialized software to create a customized layout specifying the number, wattage, and placement of lights for optimal illumination, which we then send to your email.

For a standard 40x60x16 building, our simulation typically recommends around 10 units of the 150W Hero Series lights. We will provide a detailed layout with exact spacing via email to ensure even, shadow-free lighting.

Absolutely. We regularly create layouts for buildings with sloped ceilings, scissor trusses, and mezzanines. Just include the sidewall and peak heights in your request for an accurate simulation.

 Product Specifications & Compatibility

4000K is a neutral white, offering a balanced light that is easy on the eyes. 5000K is a cooler, daylight-simulating white that enhances alertness and is ideal for detail-oriented tasks like mechanical work. The choice is based on your personal preference and the shop's primary use.

Yes. The lights are designed to be wired in parallel. The exact number per circuit depends on your voltage and breaker amperage. For example, on a standard 120V/20A circuit, you could typically run about eleven 200W lights. We recommend consulting with your electrician for your specific setup.
