Linear high bay LED lights for warehouse aisles and shop benches
Rows of shelves, long benches and production lines give a lighting layout its shape. Our linear high bay LED lights follow those work areas, with 2 ft and 3 ft LH03 fixtures and selectable-output HPLH models. Fixture length, available headroom and the work below help narrow the choice for your warehouse or shop.
Two fixture lengths for rows of racks or benches
LH03 puts fixed 5000K white light in a linear body, with a 2 ft model for tighter mounting spaces and a 3 ft model offering more output. Both can be arranged along warehouse aisles or shop benches.
In a picking aisle, the layout needs to account for rack height and light reaching shelf labels. The fixture body length is one part of that decision.

- Long work rows with room for a 3 ft, higher-output fixture → LH03 Series, 48,000 lm · 3 ft
Set the output for each work zone
A storage row and a detailed assembly station may need different light levels. LHBC lets the installer choose one of three wattage settings and 4000K or 5000K white light on each fixture, so a single model can cover several zones in the building.
The compact 1.2 ft body suits lower ceilings: the 130W setting covers mounting heights under 12 ft and 155W covers 12–20 ft. For bays of 24–32 ft, the 1.7 ft model reaches 310W.

A lighter body for the installation
At 130W, the aluminum HPLH02 weighs 3.22 lb, compared with 4.62 lb for the steel HPLH01. That leaves less weight to handle overhead when installing a row of fixtures. Both models below offer selectable wattage and 4000K or 5000K white light.
Wire-rope suspension is the standard mounting option. Pendant and surface-mount kits are available separately for installations that call for them.

Linear High Bay Lights FAQs
Is selectable wattage the same as dimming?
No. A wattage switch sets a fixed output when the fixture is installed. Dimming lets you change brightness afterwards from the wall. LHBC and LH03 are 0–10V dimmable.
How can I reduce glare over racking aisles?
Fit the aisle optic lens, sold in pairs for the 1.2 ft and 1.7 ft LHBC. It changes the standard 105° beam to a 60 × 110° pattern that runs along the aisle, putting more light on rack faces and less into the eyes of people working below.
Can I add a motion sensor?
Yes. The PIR sensor for LHBC Series switches the light off when an aisle is empty, with a factory hold time of 30 seconds. Sensor settings can be adjusted with the remote control for HBF, LHBC, PTA and HBG series.
What mounting options are available for LHBC?
A hanging chain and V hooks are included for suspended mounting. A pendant mounting box and surface mounting kits (two per fixture) are sold separately, along with wire guards for areas where fixtures could be struck.
Can linear high bays provide emergency lighting?
Yes. An emergency power supply for LHBC and LHBE fixtures provides up to 90 minutes of light during a power loss. Choose the 25W unit for 90–210W fixtures or the 40W unit for 240–310W fixtures. The emergency power supply is an optional add-on and must be ordered separately; it is not included with the fixture.
Are there 277–480V versions?
Yes. LHBC is available in 277–480V versions at 23,500, 31,500 and 46,500 lumens, and HPLH01 and HPLH02 offer 347–480V models. The voltage range appears in each product title.
