Project Overview:
Gulf Haven Restoration transformed a standard two-car garage in Wellen Park, Venice, Sarasota County, Florida, into a modern, multi-functional space designed to become an extension of the homeowner’s living area. The first phase focused on improving lighting, aesthetics, and functionality while preparing the garage for future upgrades, including a home gym and custom storage solutions.
The transformation included the installation of two Hyperlite GEN2 5-Grid Hexagon Garage Light systems, black accent walls, epoxy flooring, custom slat wood wall panels, and a custom-built slat wood partition designed to conceal the water heater while maintaining full service accessibility.
By combining premium lighting with modern finishes and thoughtful design, the garage has been transformed into a bright, inviting space that is both functional and visually striking.
