Before the LED revolution, Americans were stuck with energy-guzzling bulbs that put out dim, hot light. We didn't know any better — but lighting could be more comfortable, more efficient. Then came the 2010s, and Hyperlite was born right in the middle of that game-changing moment.
Hyperlite's story kicked off with a simple request — the kind that sparks real progress. Back in 2010, our founder Peter got a customer asking: "Can we get a longer power cord? Make that hook stronger? How about a safety cable?" These weren't fancy demands, but they hit Peter with a clear realization: the high bay lights on the market were a pain to install, lacked basic safety features, and just weren't designed with the user in mind.
Peter didn't just shrug it off. He dove deep, obsessed with finding a better way. The result was the Hero Series UFO Light — a product that changed everything.
